Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is available.

Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange

To ensure hygiene and safety, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Intimate wear (lingerie, undergarments, etc.)
  • Beauty or skincare products (if opened)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

Return Process

  1. Request a Return
    Log into your account on malbelle.com, go to "My Orders", and click on "Request Return" for the relevant item. Alternatively, email us at support@malbelle.com with your order number.
  2. Prepare the Item
    Pack the product in its original condition with tags and packaging. A courier will be arranged for pick-up (if applicable) or you may drop it off at our designated location.
  3. Quality Check
    Once we receive the item, it will go through a quality check. If approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Exchange Process

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  • Submit an exchange request through our return portal or via email.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Refunds

  • Online Payments: Refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded as store credit or via bank transfer, depending on your preference.
  • Delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
